I literally just joined this site called Instaffiliate and they are offering a pay per lead offer which basically pays you $5 for every referral sign-up.

How It Works:

2) A video will pop up and you need to wait for the box that states that you can create a free account. If the extra box or pop-up does not show, then, you will need to wait until the end of the video, when a blue box should appear asking if you want to sign up for a free account.

3) Then, you only need to enter your e-mail address to create your account.

3) The next pages will ask you to pay for the sites and the training, scroll to the bottom, and click, "No, thank you....."  (You'll need to do this for a few pages).
